Halftime Commercial Editorial

I think about advertising quite a bit. The principal behind a campaign of course is to get potential buyers thinking about something. After the jump, look at a good idea, and a bad one.

Okay. I wanted the newer version with the hula dancers and the football referee, but no such luck. Catchy tune, though, and a great special.

On the other hand, here's what not to do:

All of the commercials in this campaign are absolutely terrible. Awful songs, grotesque characters, and hey -- mushrooms are disgusting. What happened to the King? They were doing so good with that angle.
